What if you found out the were mentally manipulated to do it?
If their mind was taken and warped do they have to be responsible for their actions?
Uganda is dealing with some hard questions as they are dealing with former LRA soldiers. These soldiers need to know that they will not be in danger of harsh punishment if they are to flee the bush, yet these soldiers did horrific acts.
Are they still capable of these acts?
